DateMeDoc – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DateMeDoc, including any websites, applications, tools, features, and services offered by LoveGPT Inc ("LoveGPT," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using DateMeDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors who view DateMeDocs without creating an account.

Child Safety Standards

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

DateMeDoc maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users and protecting minors from harm.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on DateMeDoc and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to appropriate authorities:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, including photos, videos, computer-generated imagery, or any other media involving minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
  • Child Exploitation: Any content, behavior, or interaction that exploits, sexualizes, grooms, endangers, or otherwise abuses children or minors (individuals under 18 years of age).
  • Predatory Behavior: Inappropriate interaction targeted at minors, including but not limited to:
    • Solicitation of sexual content from minors
    • Sexual conversations or communications with minors
    • Attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
    • Grooming behavior of any kind
  • Harmful Content Targeting Minors: Content that appears to target children but contains adult themes, including excessive violence, sexual content, or depictions of dangerous activities.

User Responsibilities

All users must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age to use DateMeDoc
  • Report any suspected CSAE content or behavior immediately
  • Not create, upload, share, or distribute any content that violates these standards
  • Not engage in any conduct that endangers or exploits minors

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Child Safety Standards:

  • Report via the app: Use the "Report" button available on user profiles, messages, and content throughout the app.
  • Email: Contact our child safety team at support@legitquiz.com
  • Emergency: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately.

Our Response

Upon receiving a report of CSAE content or behavior, we will:

  • Immediately investigate the report
  • Remove violating content and suspend or terminate offending accounts
  • Preserve evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement
  • Report CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate authorities as required by law

Enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety Standards will result in:

  • Immediate removal of violating content
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement and relevant authorities
  • Legal action where appropriate

We continuously monitor our platform and employ both automated systems and human review to detect and prevent CSAE content.

1. Who We Are

DateMeDoc is operated by LoveGPT Inc, a company incorporated in the United States of America.

We may operate the Service globally and may designate different contracting entities for users in different regions in the future.

2. Other Policies

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines we may publish.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and another policy, these Terms control unless stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You may use DateMeDoc only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
  • You have not been previously suspended or banned, unless expressly authorized.
  • You comply with these Terms at all times.

If you no longer meet these requirements, you must stop using the Service immediately.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version.

Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Description of the Service

DateMeDoc allows users to create a public, shareable page (“DateMeDoc”) intended to express personal information, preferences, and intent related to dating or relationships.

DateMeDocs are accessible via a unique link and are viewable without login. DateMeDocs are public by default, but may be paused or deleted by the user who created them.

7. Visibility and Sharing

By creating a DateMeDoc, you understand and agree that:

  • Your DateMeDoc is publicly accessible to anyone with the link.
  • You control how and where your link is shared.
  • DateMeDocs are not intended to be indexed by search engines, but we do not guarantee that third parties will not index, archive, screenshot, or redistribute Content outside the Service.
  • Once Content is shared publicly, we cannot control third-party use outside the Service.

8. Pausing and Deleting a DateMeDoc

You may pause or delete your DateMeDoc at any time.

Pausing or deleting removes it from public access within DateMeDoc but does not affect copies or reproductions made by third parties prior to deletion.

9. Messaging

Responders may send messages to Publishers only through DateMeDoc.

Publishers are not required to respond to messages. We do not guarantee delivery, response, or outcomes.

10. Definitions

  • “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • “Publisher” means a User who creates or controls a DateMeDoc.
  • “Responder” means a User who views a DateMeDoc and sends a message.
  • “Content” means any text, images, audio, video, messages, or other materials submitted or displayed through the Service.

11. User Responsibilities

11.1 Publishers

Publishers are responsible for their Content and agree that:

  • Content is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
  • They have the right to publish the Content.
  • They will not include personal contact details intended to bypass the Service.
  • They understand DateMeDocs are public by default.
  • They are solely responsible for deciding whether to respond to messages.

11.2 Responders

Responders agree that they will:

  • Communicate respectfully and lawfully.
  • Not harass, spam, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Not attempt to obtain personal contact information outside the Service.

11.3 Account Information

We may require additional account or contact information in the future for security, communication, or service-related purposes.

11.4 Shared Responsibilities

All Users agree that interactions occur at their own risk and that LoveGPT is not responsible for user conduct or outcomes.

12. Content Rules and Prohibited Conduct

12.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post Content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or impersonates another person.
  • Materially misrepresents identity or intent.
  • Is sexually explicit or intended for sexual services.
  • Promotes escorting, prostitution, or transactional relationships.
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination.
  • Encourages violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
  • Involves minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.
  • Violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Is primarily commercial, promotional, or solicitational in nature.

Limited self-descriptive information is permitted, provided it does not function as advertising or solicitation.

12.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate others through the Service.
  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Attempt to bypass restrictions or paywalls.
  • Scrape or mass-collect DateMeDocs or Content.
  • Use bots, automation, or scripts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Create new accounts after being banned.

12.3 Enforcement

We may remove Content or suspend or terminate accounts based solely on activity occurring on DateMeDoc.

We do not monitor or enforce off-platform behavior.

13. Content Ownership and Licenses

You retain ownership of your Content.

By submitting Content, you grant LoveGPT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, display, modify, and distribute Content for operating, improving, promoting, and moderating the Service.

This license survives deletion to the extent Content has already been shared or used within the Service.

14. Payments and Subscriptions

DateMeDoc may offer paid features or subscriptions.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the platform where purchased. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms or created risk or harm.

Termination may be permanent and without notice.

Termination or deletion of an account may limit your ability to access Content or personal information that we retain in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Safety and Disclaimers

We do not conduct background checks or identity verification.

We make no guarantees regarding matches, responses, outcomes, or accuracy of Content.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

17. AI-Generated Content

Users may use AI tools to create Content.

We do not verify authenticity. Content that materially misrepresents identity or intent remains prohibited regardless of how it was created.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveGPT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoveGPT from claims arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before initiating legal action, you must attempt informal resolution.

Most disputes will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, not court. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

Small claims matters and claims where arbitration is prohibited by law are excluded.

21. Other LoveGPT Services

We may promote or recommend other products or services operated by LoveGPT or its affiliates.

Participation is optional and subject to separate terms. Use of DateMeDoc does not automatically enroll you in other services.

22. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.

You may not assign these Terms without consent. We may assign freely.

No partnership or agency relationship is created.
